Privacy Policy

Short version: We do not run a server. Everything you type into our sign-up form stays in your browser. No accounts are sent to us. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party data sharing initiated by Gambloria itself.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how the Gambloria Social Casino website ("the Site") handles information. It applies only to the Site itself. Game demos are loaded inside iframes from third-party providers, and those providers operate under their own privacy policies (see section 5).

2. Information collected by the Site

The Site is a static, client-side application with no backend. When you sign up or log in, the following fields are stored only in your browser's localStorage on your own device, in a key called gambloria_user:

Username (you choose)
Email address (you provide — never transmitted off-device by us)
Password (stored locally with a weak base64 encoding — see section 7 for caveats)
Date of birth (used solely to verify you meet the 21+ age requirement at sign-up)
Account creation timestamp, Gold Coin balance, claim timestamps, recently played game IDs

None of this information is transmitted to any Gambloria server. The Site does not operate a backend that receives or stores user data.

3. Cookies and tracking

Gambloria does not set any first-party cookies. Gambloria does not run analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) and does not include advertising trackers. No third-party game iframes are embedded; all gameplay runs entirely in the Site's own JavaScript on your device.

4. Age requirement

The Site is intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly accept any information from users under 21. The date-of-birth field at sign-up is used solely for client-side age verification and is not transmitted off-device.

5. Game data

All slot games are designed and operated by Gambloria. Game logic, animations, and outcome calculation run entirely in your browser (client-side JavaScript) — nothing is sent to any server during gameplay. Spin results, balance changes, and bonus state are stored in localStorage on your own device only.

6. Your controls

Delete account: click Log Out in the account menu. This removes all locally-stored data (localStorage.removeItem('gambloria_user')) from this device.
Clear browser storage: use your browser's "Clear site data" tool for gambloria.com (or whichever domain hosts this Site).
Block third-party iframes: use browser settings to block third-party cookies, or do not click slot tiles.

7. Security caveats (showcase notice)

The local password storage uses a weak base64 encoding for showcase purposes only. It is not cryptographically secure. Do not reuse a real password you use elsewhere. This Site is a static demo and does not implement production-grade authentication.

8. Data sharing

Gambloria does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer any user data to any third party — because no user data is collected by Gambloria in the first place. There is no server to share from.

9. Changes

Substantive changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
